We want your pet to be thrilled with your order so we work super hard to ensure this. But if there is any meal that is not up to Fido or Fifi’s liking, please tell us within thirty (30) days of purchase. We’ll issue you a credit or refund and only ask that you return the unused food if possible.
It’s super important to us that you get great food and great service, so don’t be shy. If anything is not right, please let us know!
This policy is intended to encourage the trial of new meals. As such, we would appreciate returns of one protein one time only.
**Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Credits and returns are for food only and cannot be applied to bones or supplements.
