We want your pet to be thrilled with your order so we work super hard to ensure this. But if there is ever any food that is not up to Fido or Fifi’s liking, please tell us within thirty (30) days of purchase. We’ll issue you a credit or refund and only ask that you return the unused food if possible.

It’s super important to us that you get great food and great service, so don’t be shy. If anything is not right, please let us know!
